2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer set for debut on September 3

The American carmaker Jeep has teased the 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer once again on its official Facebook page with two more images. The brand has declared to officially debut the vehicle on September 3, 2020.

In the previous teaser, it was hard to find out which model it was. However, the recent teaser images can be anticipated as that of the Grand Wagoneer. The images boast a part of the slotted grille and also that of the hood badge. It can be guessed that the driver-side of the grille has been clicked in the picture with the word GRAND out of the frame. 

The grille flaunts strong details of the slots and the badging of the vehicle is also illuminated to offer an attractive look to the vehicle. If we look at the other image, it provides us with a peek of the interior. It has to be the centre console that gets the rotary dial. 

The screen that has been blurred in the background can be the one that has been spreading in the rumors. If we merge both the teasers, the fact that the SUV will get finer details can be emphasized. It might come equipped with a start-stop button placed on the dash along with the wood trim.

According to the rumors, a frameless 12-inch touchscreen, tons of technology, a fully digital instrument cluster, and a lot more luxurious elements will be offered in the Grand Wagoneer. Jeep has always nailed the need of the buyers who are looking for SUVs that can offer them high-riding and rugged look. Even though the sales figure of the carmaker has risen after the mid-2010s, but as the other brands are also shifting to SUVs and crossover, it is a bit difficult for Jeep to cope up with the figures. 

Having said that, the addition of Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer might help the brand in targeting the new customers looking for such kind of vehicles. As mentioned earlier, Jeep will debut the Jeep Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer on September 3, and the production can be expected to commence in Q2 2021.
