Aznom Palladium to receive more powerful Hemi V8 engine

Remember the Aznom Palladium that made the headlines last year when the small Italian coachbuilder revealed its astonishing specifications? We were all stunned to see a luxury vehicle with the engines of a Ram pickup truck. With an estimated price point of around $1.5 million, there were only 10 vehicles in production worldwide. But looks like one out of those ten will be receiving some new changes.

According to sources, one buyer of the Aznom Palladium, a UAE businessman, was not satisfied with the modified V8 5.7 liter engine. He wished for something more than the 700hp power and 950 Nm torque the vehicle presented.

And so, the Italian carmakers decided to switch it up. Instead of redoing or modifying the existing engine, they decided to include another powerful Ram engine for the car. This special Aznom Palladium will now be fitted with an upgraded, more powerful Hemi V8 6.4-Liter engine. While we are still unable to get the exact numbers of the engine’s powertrain, we can guarantee that it will exceed the previous engine’s performance.

From what we hear, the new Hemi engine will be churning 850 hp of power and 1050 Nm of torque. And that’s not all! The new model will also beat the previous V8’s record of 210km/hr top speed. While the exact numbers are still unknown, we can speculate that it will be somewhere around 250km/hr!

The modified Palladium will continue using the all-wheel-drive system and the eight-speed automatic transmission. It will also come with a unique head gasket, upgraded fuel injectors, rebalanced drive shaft and camshaft, steel H-beam condors, etc. It will also receive huge 17.7-inch brakes with a lower suspension setup just like its siblings.

Coming to the luxury aspect of the car, the interior is adorned with wood and leather to provide a limousine-like experience. What’s more, the Palladium vehicles also come with a built-in refrigerator!
