Check out the Geometry E, a modest EV based on Geely Vision X3

Photographs of the Geometry E, a modest EV based on the Geely Vision X3, are out. Standing 4,006mm long, 1,765mm wide, and 1,550mm tall, the Geometry E is 1mm longer and 5mm wider than the EX3 Kungfu Cow that was revealed in September last year. The wheelbase on the Geometry E is 2,485mm, which is 5mm longer than the EX3 Kungfu Cow.

While the Geometry E will be placed above the EX3 Kungfu Cow, courtesy of the bells and whistles it flaunts both on the outside and the inside, the former has less power than the latter. Powered by a single electric motor, the Geometry E has just 82PS in its arsenal, based on the information from China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

The EX3 Kungfu Cow, on the other hand, gets 95PS of maximum power and a peak torque of 180 Nm from its powertrain. Besides, the single-charge range is rated at 322km on the back of a 37kWh lithium-ion battery. Unlike the EX3 Kunfgu Cow, the Geometry E will come equipped with a lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery.

Furthermore, the Geometry E features a design language that is more modern and sportier. Taking some inspiration from the Xpeng P7, the Geometry E sports a full-width LED strip at the end of the hood, with the headlamp units mounted down on the bumper. Then there are the lime green frames around the headlamps, giving them a swanky appearance. The shoulder line is also different from the EX3, and the door handles sit flush with the body. As for the charging port, it is placed on the front left fender of the crossover.

At the back are a pair of boomerang-shaped taillights and a large tailgate spoiler. On the inside, there’s a horizontal dashboard, which is reminiscent of the Mercedes-Benz-style widescreen display panel, with twin 10.25-inch instrument and infotainment screens taking the centre stage. Body-coloured trim panels, pill-shaped air vents, and a floating centre console are the other uniquities on the inside of the Geometry E.
