Customization unlocked with Lamborghini’s Ad Personam virtual studio
Automobili Lamborghini has stirred the automobile industry with two of its greatest offerings, the Aventador SVJ Xago special edition, and its Ad Personam virtual studio. Customers can now explore customization options of their new cars even before taking their delivery.
This virtual program is aimed to enhance the ideology of the virtual design concept, and also focus on offering consultation sessions to clients across the globe. Having its own specialization towards personalized vehicles, the actual Ad Personam Department can be found in Sant’Agata Bolognese, Italy.
The Ad Personam virtual program began functioning from July 2020. The service provides the owners of Lamborghini to book an initial consultation of two hours through their dealership. Through a video call, the virtual program also involves a walk around video for the customers.
The steps after the selection of an ideal car in the Ad Personam studio is live design proposals, configuration options, and walk-around shots showing close-up details. Once the viewing sessions and close-up details on the vehicle are done, the brand follows the process of full proposals and renderings to initiate the process of sales. Interestingly, clients also receive material samples of the desired upholstery.
Talking about their success in finding a modern solution to the current problem, Giovanni Perosino, Chief Commercial Officer of Automobili Lamborghini said: “Lamborghini is always thinking dynamically about the best solutions to challenges, and our new virtual Ad Personam studio consultations have been carefully devised to support clients who, in times where we are all cautious about international travel, still want the special, one-to-one experience of creating an entirely personalized car”.
Besides the Ad Personam, Lamborghini also celebrated the success of their cars with a 10-unit limited run Aventador SVJ Xago special edition. The design feature of the car promotes the power of hexagonal patterns.
Powering the car will be a 6.5L V12 engine, giving out a total of 770 hp power output besides providing the drivers with 720 Nm of peak torque. The 6.5L engine will be covering 96 km in a record time of 2.9 seconds, maxing out at 349 kmph.
