The video ends with the narrator stating that Ram also has a similar offering for the Chevrolet Silverado.
The cover makes the F-150 and the Silverado look like the Ram 1500. Ram officials stated they won't be making any of these covers for real when Motor1 reached out to the American automaker for comments. Ram was the second-best-selling automaker in the US in 2021 as it sold as many as 569,388 units of its offerings throughout the year. Ford topped the list with 726,004 sales during the year. Chevrolet was the third with 529,765 units of the Silverado.
Ram is set to launch an all-electric pick-up truck in 2024. However, only a few renderings of the pick-up are available for now. Reports suggest the all-electric Ram rides on the STLA Frame platform. This chassis can easily hold a battery pack of up to 200kWh, which should result in a single-charge range of over 800km. The pick-up will rival the likes of F-150 Lightning, Silverado EV, Tesla Cybertruck, Rivian R1T, and others.
