Honda Accord Interior & Features
On the inside, the Honda Accord has taken a quantum leap, getting a super premium cabin which is miles ahead of what other Honda vehicles are offering in the market right now. The all-black theme associated with a majority of other Hondas gets its presence made here in the Accord as well.
The multifunctional steering wheel is a flat bottom unit with broad side spokes, which gets the company of a simple yet classy looking dial behind it for making it a sophisticated driver’s cockpit. There is a hint of BMW design philosophy in the way its centre console is designed. There is a fine layer of dark faux wood finish separating the dashboard into two, with the lower one having trapezoidal AC vents with chrome bordering and a finely laid trapezoidal panel of dual-zone automatic climate control buttons. There is a free-floating touchscreen infotainment system complete with all the modern amenities one can expect.
Accord Exterior
The Honda Accord has always remained an epitome of understated elegance in all of its previous iterations, and even in this current iteration, the sedan continues to do so. The sedan looks super sleek and has a great equilibrium of panache and sportiness in its design.
The front fascia of the Honda Accord looks sleek and stylish with the traditional new generation Honda front grille, comprising of a thick chrome bar, which gets extensions over the headlamps on its upper corners. Below the thick chrome bar at the centre sits a large trapezoidal air dam which extends all the way down to the front bumper. The headlamps in question here are sleek trapezoidal units which are all LED, and incorporate slim daytime running LEDs as well. The slim strip of LED fog lamps too is quite likable.
The side profile of the Honda Accord carries the panache very well with a good mix of smooth contours on side doors and a curved roofline, all of which combine to give the sedan a profile of a coupe. The fine chrome garnish on the upper window frame and machined alloy wheels do take the elegance of the sedan even ahead.
At the back, the Honda Accord gets big bold C-shaped LED tail lamps and an integrated boot spoiler, both of which give it a very sporty look to it.
Honda Accord Ride & Handling
The Honda Accord might not be as slick and precise to throw around the corners as the Honda Civic. However, this mammoth of a sedan still drives and handles pretty well, and the comfort-oriented setup for the Macpherson struts at the front and independent multi links at the rear do their job very finely in that direction.

The Honda Accord sources its power and motion from a 1.5-litre four-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine, which currently is the only engine option for the Singapore based Honda Accord. Coupled to a CVT gearbox as standard, the engine is capable of producing a maximum power output of 201 PS and a peak torque output of 260 Nm.
