Hyundai USA recalls Nexo EV over fuel leak issue
Hyundai USA has recalled 54 units of the 2019 Nexo hydrogen fuel-cell vehicle over a possible fuel leak. The affected cars were manufactured between August 10 and December 17, 2018, the United States National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) said. A faulty hydrogen inlet receptacle filter is the reason behind the recall.

The Hyundai Nexo features a fuel cell that allows a maximum range of 595km. Earlier, in December 2019. The Nexo created a world record for the longest distance traveled by a series-production hydrogen-powered vehicle when it covered as many as 778km on a single tank of hydrogen.
