Mugen launches accessories for 2020 Honda Civic hatchback
Mugen has officially released a range of accessories for the 2020 Honda Civic hatchback. The majority of the accessories are just for the aesthetics improvements and can be equipped to both the latest and the pre-facelift model. Moreover, it includes a few exterior components that can be equipped on the Civic sedan.
When it comes to the exterior, one can consider getting door visors, hydrophobic wide-angle side mirrors along with integrated LED indicators, special LED taillights, carbon-fibre registration plate holder, carbon-fiber side mirror caps, carbon-fiber door handle protector, and solid metal Mugen emblem.
Moving to the front, the brand offers a carbon-fibre front grille along with Mugen emblem, front bumper garnish, front lip. Further included in the list are side skirts, a new two-tiered roof spoiler, rear lip with an integrated diffuser, and 19-inch multispoke aluminum wheels.
In addition to that, if you own a Honda Civic then you can also get a sports exhaust system with dual hexagonal exits. According to Mugen, the design is inspired by a fighter jet’s exhaust nozzle. For better performance, the complete exhaust system is made with the help of lightweight stainless steel.
Mugen is also providing the Civic owners with an aero and wheel package, which include the front and rear lip, 19-inch aluminum wheels, and side skirts for just 5266 Singapore dollars. Having said that, if you are buying these parts individually then the total cost will be 5864 Singapore dollars. The price mentioned above includes the paint job as well.
Moving to the interiors, Mugen offers a flat-bottom steering wheel that can be covered with either leather or carbon. Other interior accessories include Alcantara full bucket MS-R seat along with rails, push-start button that gets Mugen logo, quick shifter, carbon-fibre cabin stickers, and red or black floor mats.
In order to improve the braking performance, Mugen has also launched sports brake pads that come with better fade resistance for just 583 Singapore dollars. For the mentioned price, one will receive four pieces of brake pads that boast a rated operating range of up to 500 degrees Celsius.
