Next-gen Perodua Bezza: A revamped Amaze with better stances

The Bezza was Perodua’s first-ever attempt into the sedan segment. The records of the 2016 Bezza show it to be quite stellar in terms of sales and popularity. However, when the A-segment sedan received a facelift in the next few years in 2020, the car took the enthusiasts by storm.

Given that it’s already been 3 years post the facelift, Theophilus Chin has interpreted what the second-gen Bezza might look like. Talking of the render, Theo has employed the base of the latest Honda creation, the Amaze, to construct the all-new Bezza in digital format.

Theo chose to go with Amaze in particular, because of its higher typical proportions, save for its brief boot. In terms of its overall appeal, the designer has come up with a more balanced, acceptable shape, skipping the regular design issues, making the sedan appear a bit awkward with a rear that's typically too high.

Since Bezza isn't bound to comply with such norms, Theo depicts the opportunity by its intent to freely remodel the car in a next-gen Bezza. Besides extending the Honda's rear overhang and boot, Amaze also gets its entrances swapped and features reshaped reflector LED headlamps and vertical LED daytime working lights.

This also justifies the stubby rear that Amaze possesses, compelling it to stick to its 4 meters size. It also sets an excellent target for its rivals in class to embrace such configuration to avail certain tax benefits.

Witnessing all of these, it won't be wrong to say Bezza has taken the Amaze's stands a step ahead. Though it has retained a few features, it has also revamped a couple of them, including home windows and doorways.

Other cues adopt customized Myvi tail lights, a brand new rear bumper, modified shut strains, and more. However, all of this is just a render and we are still left to see the final take by the automaker.
