Moving in, the Caddy showcases the interiors of a typical Volkswagen, resonating with the ancestors that offer a plethora of driver-centric features with loads of storage. The smartly designed cabin offers a three-way adjustable driver's seat with a similar steering column, paired with air conditioning, cruise control and some under-seat storage. 

Further, the Caddy also brings body-coloured bumpers with heated windscreen and fog-lights in the vision pack, carrying automatic wipers. The accelerator pedal is extremely responsive and does a great job at hitting speeds of 60+, overall, the car handles really well and can be experimented in and around rough terrains as well. 

Coming to the powertrain of the car, the Caddy LCV is offered in two variants in Singapore, namely: Volkswagen Caddy LCV Panel Van 2.0 TDI DSG and the Volkswagen Caddy LCV Window Van 2.0 TDI DSG. However, things are the same when it comes to the powertrain of the car. The car is powered by a 16-valve turbocharged 2.0L diesel engine that punches out a maximum power output of 101 hp of power besides giving out 250 Nm of peak torque. Mated to the powertrain is a 6-speed dual-clutch transmission.

Moving to the braking of the car, the Caddy picks up on multi-link braking. The braking system gives out improved and reliable braking controls. The safety side of the VW Caddy includes a driver airbag, vehicle stability control system, collision braking, tyre pressure monitoring, seat belt warning, and height-adjustable seats among engine check warning and other features.
