Toyota announced up to 40 accessories for the Hilux in the UK

The new 2021 Toyota Hilux is geared up for a facelift with a new range of accessories declared by Toyota UK. It includes more than 40 individual items suiting all budgets to make the truck stylish and secure.

The yearly updates on the model suggest some appealing changes and innovations. In models featuring the Invincible and Invincible X, customers can opt for the latest inclusions aluminium roll covers and full chrome side bars, and sports bars having integrated steps. On contrary, the Invincible X gets a matte finish that looks quite sporty against the black paint of the power wagon. 

Looking to have a completely closed rear deck? Get ready to have modish interiors with LED lights, pop up side windows, and an optional bed cover that can be colour coordinated with the Hilux’s paintwork.

Besides, users can have the soft cover in a hard-wearing vinyl or manual roll cover in aluminium or black. It can be arranged with a lockable aluminium tonneau cover as well. All these are aerodynamically designed by Toyota.

The major highlights in the accessories come with upgraded lockable storage boxes that fit flawlessly with the rear deck compartment. Further, specifications in the loading and unloading mechanism get more convenient with a non-slip textured sliding deck floor having tie hooks.

A standard seven or 13-pin adapter (ball, pins, or flanged units) is supported with genuine tow bars. Surprisingly, it has so much to offer like floor mats in hard-wearing textiles or rubber, 17-inch or 18-inch matte black alloy wheels, high beam lamps, dash cams, and an alarm system.

Moving towards the added safety feature, the side panels, and the bed can be protected with a polyurethane layer getting extended up to the rails. Moreover, spray-on and aluminum linings can also be explored.

According to the automaker, all the accessories have been tested to ensure compliance with WLTP performance criteria. Also, their quality requirements meet the standards of Toyota. Upon the purchase of the new Hilux, the accessories come with a warranty of 5 years or 160,000-km.
