There’s nothing overtly exciting about the Mini Clubman, and nothing too mundane. It has a longer wheelbase than most hatchbacks but that doesn’t mean there’s extra space in the cabin. The driving experience of the Clubman is lively. The car has a neo-retro look and that’s carried over in the cabin as well. Handling is nice within the city with the brakes having immediate bite. It’s easy to park. But the narrow windscreen restricts your view of the road ahead. The boot space is good enough for a weekend trip. The Mini Clubman is an okay sort of a car for city driving.
