The latest Nissan X-Trail is a major improvement on its predecessors in terms of interior design and comfort. All earlier models were little utilitarian. The new X-Trail is extremely spacious particularly in the front and second rows. But the two optional third-row seats are best for children. The cabin however looks dated. The X-Trail has an easy and light steering, and a comfortable suspension. There’s minimal wind noise, even while cruising on speeds. The car isn’t exactly suited for hard cornering and there’s a noticeable body lean. The X-Trail is an old-school SUV where you can ride leisurely without hitting the extremes.
