Audi revamps the e-tron with an S-Line Black edition in Europe

While Audi’s e-tron GT and RS e-tron GT might be the two most talked about electric sedans around the industry, there’s a new competitor in the frame. The latest offering of Audi, the e-tron EV SUV is the new center of attention for the lovers of the brand.

The e-tron SUV is a unique product that now comes in a new S-line black edition. The car resonates with the styling feature of a boxy flavored car that is more aggressive and sporty than the e-tron Sportback trim. The exterior gets a blacked-out singleframe grille, the famous four rings, e-tron badging, and side mirror caps as the unique elements of design.

The completely electric SUV rides on black 21-inch wheels that are sourced from the Audi Sport, paired with orange brake calipers to create stunning contrast.

Additionally, the exterior also has strong, ‘dark’ styling elements in the rear side windows that present buyers with dark-tinted privacy glass. Adding to the range of exterior color offerings, the car comes wrapped in exclusive Chronos Grey paint, along with the previously available Glacier White and Mythos Black.

In fact, that’s not the end of luxury in the new e-tron, it gives out LED lights under the door handles as well. The unique feature here is the projector that highlights the words “e-tron black edition.”

Adapting from the orange brake calipers of the exterior, the car continues to keep up with a dominating touch of ‘orange’ on the inside as well. The black sport seats inside the well-designed cabin come with orange contrast stitching, highlighting the overall hype inside.

The dominating color also moves to the bright seatbelts that make a striking display with the dark interior. The seat and door inlays inside the EV are also fancy as it features the new Dinamica material. The newly pushed fabric by the brand is a breathable microfiber that is manufactured from 45 percent recycled polyester.

Lastly, it is available in variants 50 and 55, giving out 308 hp and 402 hp of power respectively. In terms of pricing, the 50 variant starts at €79,350 (SGD 1,28,080) with the 55 being a bit more expensive at €91,750 (SGD 1,48,000).
